Welcome to my cozy 1-room apartment in the center of Pforzheim. Newly refurbished and in a central location just a few minutes walk from the city center. Due to the old building, noise from cars on the street or from the neighbors can be heard.
The living/bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm wide bed. There is also a spacious wardrobe for clothes and personal belongings. An in-room TV provides entertainment, while a sofa bed is available for a third person. The room is cozy and welcoming, designed for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you will not lack for anything when preparing meals. There is a stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, as well as ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The dining area accommodates all guests. A washing machine is also available. Tea towels, washing-up liquid, garbage bags and essential condiments are also provided.
Despite its size, the bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, toilet and sink. I provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper and a hair dryer, so you don't have to bring anything from home. There is also an iron and ironing board in the living room closet.
All guests receive free Wi-Fi and fresh linens. The apartment is close to numerous restaurants, cafés and shops. Due to the central location, you can easily reach the sights of the city on foot or by public transport. Our apartment is centrally located and there are many paid public parking spaces in the area. These are a good option if you want to park conveniently near the apartment. However, if you prefer to use free parking, there is good news: there is free public parking around 200 meters from the apartment.
These parking lots are a great option for guests who don't necessarily need to park close to the apartment and are willing to take a short walk. We therefore recommend our guests to use these car parks to save money and have a hassle-free parking experience.
